![]() ![]() Lead and/or assist the sales process from discovery to account development, negotiations, and closingīuild and maintain a network of prospective clients and agency contacts across the sports industryĬollaborate with other departments within JGR to build out sponsored programs, including Digital/social media, Communications, Data and Analytics, and Partner Activation Identify, cultivate, and develop sponsorship programs with potential new partners by networking, developing proposals, generating leads (including cold calls), and conducting presentationsĮstablish strong working relationships with companies to understand their marketing goals and initiatives ![]() This position will report to the Vice President of Sponsorship Sales. We are seeking a strategic thinker for this role who will work creatively to provide solutions for our partners. The Sponsorship Sales Manager must be highly motivated, collaborative, and willing to work within the team environment to help JGR meet or exceed our sponsorship goals. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sponsorship revenue and supporting our current partners within Joe Gibbs Racing (“JGR”) four NASCAR Cup Teams and three Xfinity Series Teams.
